Strategy development


A clear and sustainable strategy that builds on the core competencies and characteristics of the organisation, which is at the same time concrete enough to provide guidance but flexible enough to respond to changing circumstances is essential for a successful business. In developing a strategy it is necessary to take a holistic view of the business and its environment, to devise realistic targets aligned with the integral values of the organisation, mixing in a melting pot market potential, managerial talent and the company capabilities in a synergistic manner. There is no room for complacency – we aim to identify the strengths of the company in the more challenging times and focus on the weaknesses of the firm in the best of times since there is always room for improvement. We work on two dimensions – combining the creation of value within the organisation with the structures that sustain the business operations in an effective manner. Innovative and interdisciplinary solutions and identification of new approaches are at the heart of our approach which we adopt when dealing with issues such as entering new markets, acquisitions, expansions, exit strategies etc.
